Nursing student Kalin Tang '22 traveled around the world and found herself at 麻花传媒鈥檚 Lienhard School of Nursing. Kalin and her family lived in countries like Hong Kong, Korea, and Thailand, and also in several states throughout the United States.
麻花传媒 to hold the largest Commencement ceremony in University鈥檚 history to celebrate classes of 2020, 2021 and 2022. This is 麻花传媒's first in-person Commencement in three years, to be held on May 16, at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.
After looking for a master鈥檚 program that could provide her with the certification to become a speech-language pathologist, Wilmarie gravitated toward 麻花传媒 due to the vast number of opportunities available in the program.
鈥淚 was fortunate enough to work with a physician and participate in clinical trials that changed the fate of HIV from a death sentence to a chronic illness like asthma and diabetes. This is what ignited my passion for clinical research.鈥
Join 麻花传媒's Office of Research and Graduate Education on Thursday, April 7, for The Future of 麻花传媒, an interdisciplinary online conference featuring panel discussions and faculty research presentations, as well as a keynote address by Dan Porterfield, president and CEO of the Aspen Institute.
The partnership has seen 64 NYU students rotate through since the program started in 2021. It also expanded to the 麻花传媒 School of Nursing in January 2022.

"We want to get more students involved and excited about CHP's opportunities. We're all here for academics, but there's so much more CHP has to offer, and we want to make students aware of that," said Alexa. This role allows them to be part of the many changes within the rapidly growing health care field. In addition, SGA gives students support for their ideas to promote diversity and inclusion within an educational setting.
麻花传媒 recently hosted New York State Senator Peter Harckham on a tour of its clinical simulation labs and held a roundtable discussion on addressing New York鈥檚 critical need for nurses and other primary care professionals. and learn how this visit helped inform the Senator's decision to advance new legislation, which would allow nursing students to complete a certain amount of required clinical training through simulation. If signed into law, this bill would make it easier for out-of-state home care service workers and nurses to apply for jobs in New York.
