- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Summer I and II/Interim/Break Hours
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Saturday–Sunday: Closed

- Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
In-Person IT Assistance
In-person IT assistance is generally provided by appointment and is coordinated with the Client Support Office (CSO). Please call the ITS Help Desk at (914) 773-3333. If necessary, a Help Desk agent will create a ticket with the request or issue details. A CSO technician will then contact you to follow up or schedule an appointment.

Labor Day Weekend 2025
The ITS Help Desk and Â黨´«Ã½ Information Center (311 Operator) will close Friday, August 29, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., and will open Saturday, August 30 and Sunday, August 31, 2025 from 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Both call centers will remain closed on Monday, September 1, 2025.
Thanksgiving 2025
The ITS Help Desk and Â黨´«Ã½ Information Center (311 Operator) will close on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 and remain closed through Sunday, November 30, 2025.
Winter Holiday 2025
The ITS Help Desk and Â黨´«Ã½ Information Center (311 Operator) will close on Saturday, December 20, 2025 and remain closed through Thursday, January 1, 2026.
Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend 2026
The ITS Help Desk/311 will close on Friday, January 16, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. and remain closed through Monday, January 19, 2026.
President's Day 2026
The ITS Help Desk and Â黨´«Ã½ Information Center (311 Operator) will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026.
Easter Weekend 2026
Help Desk and Â黨´«Ã½ Information Center (311 Operator) will close at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 3, 2026, will reopen Saturday, April 4, 2026, from 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m., and will close on Sunday, April 5, 2026.
Memorial Day 2026
The ITS Help Desk and Â黨´«Ã½ Information Center (311 Operator) will close Friday, May 22, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. and remain closed through Monday, May 25, 2026.
Juneteenth 2026
The ITS Help Desk and Â黨´«Ã½ Information Center (311 Operator) will be closed on Friday, June 19, 2026.
Independence Day 2026
